AI is the one that changes everything.
Most businesses that try AI get stuck somewhere on this path. The gap shows where they stop.
Wilson OS combines AI agents, memory, workflows, routines, and execution into a single operational workspace. Instead of jumping between disconnected tools, businesses run alongside systems that retain context, coordinate tasks, and actively move work forward.
Not the only five — just the ones doing the heaviest lifting right now. A system bundles the flows, skills, and tools that produce a consistent, high-quality outcome on demand.
NightShift AI Lab is a community for founders, builders, and operators exploring how AI can actually run and grow modern businesses.

I grew up on Florida's Space Coast. The beach is part of my soul, and every month a rocket would launch and shake the house — that's probably why I'm still a sucker for space stuff. I play piano — jazz mostly, making it up as I go. Frank Sinatra always on.
I enjoy bar games and every version of sweet-and-spicy food — coconut curries, BBQ, tacos. And I like celebrating most holidays in the spirit of the day (Guinness and mash on St. Patty's).
Seventeen years of building systems inside a Fortune 100 before this — but that's not why you're here.
In the back half of 2023 and all of 2024, the family hit 26 countries across Asia, Africa, and Mediterranean Europe — hot air balloons over Cappadocia like glowing lanterns, the Nile from a small boat, an African safari with lions and giraffes sharing the same frame, Christmas markets in Vienna, pho in Vietnam, temples everywhere.
Now we're in San Diego with my wife Devin and baby Riley. Good coffee every morning, decent beer, a good whiskey now and then. Dog-sat two different families' pups across 2025. (Dogs in goggles get me every time.) The real answer is right there in the photo — baby Riley is my greatest adventure. None of it works without Devin.
I care about building technology that helps people create more, stress less, and spend more time on what actually matters. Still learning. Still building. Still experimenting. But I believe the future belongs to businesses that don't just use AI tools — they build AI-run operations.
If our paths cross, come say hi.
